Hi Dorothy,

I don't think Dave intends not to accept submissions from ALL our members,
just as we always have.  I think the idea is to give them a greater
_incentive_ to submit material, to avoid the problem that Neil has had
recently, with a lck of new articles to publish.

BTW, could people be careful of how they are addressing these messages?
I'm getting multiple copies of most of them.  Thanks!
