Hi Dorothy,

I am cc'ing Dave with this post.  It may be that he didn't answer you the
first time because he did not get your message.  He is not on the MC
mailing list, so you have to CC all posts to him when you want him to see
them.  The other possibility is that your question got lost in the shuffle
because it was tagged on the end of a copy of the entire digest, and people
thought they were reading the same thing over, and didn't bother to go all
the way to the bottom. (I know I didn't see your question before)

Can you cut the unnecessary parts of the digest out of your reply when you
post something to the list?  Otherwise it's easy for things to get lost in
the shuffle.

Dave is away until Tuesday, but he has said that he will address all
questions submitted in the mean time when he gets back.
