 over AGA's participation with PAM           YES

  [as I said in my earlier message, YES should not mean that we necessarily
agree to ACCEPT the terms... only to DEFINE them. Some of the terms may be
conditional and among other things can say that we wait a while before AGA
decides. If Bob agrees to adopt this modification, then the MC should have
the ability to resubmit their votes. In general, calls for votes should
have a second, a chance for amendment, discussion and then a vote. We all
know that would take too long in our email forum, so can we be flexible here.]

2. How long should I wait before counting
the votes?                                   1 week
  [I would like to modify the motion to add a provision for an additional 1
week for "absentee ballots"... e.g. when a voting member was on vacation or
has another good reason why they are late]

3. accept Bob McCaw's offer to do
our incorporation for free?               YES

A difficulty for me in keeping up with these fast moving discussions is
that I subsribe to the "digest form" of the aga-mcm list. This means that I
only see the discussions once per day. However, it also means that I am
usually responding late or out of sequence. In this case, the vote could
over (based on a simple majority) before I even knew it had happened.
Another difficulty is that I do not read these messages every day. In
general I do, but I will be away for the next 3 days. I hope the AGA is
here when I get back <g>.
