We never did much to utilize their help, so i can't really say.

The publisher is supposed to send bill directly to David L. For your
planning purposes, however, you can use the bill's from 1998. They should
be reasonably representative of current costs. You can match up with the
different color or b/w issues. Bob C has the invoices.
