Password-protected archives

After James' public posting of my mailing list archive portal, I have
taken some extra steps to keep prying eyes off the more 'restricted'
lists.  As of now you will need a username and password to get into the
mailing list archives for these lists.  THe current values will always be
displayed at the bottom of every message sent to the list.  Hopefully this
will the the first such message. :)
