Membership decrease

An AGA member at NEC asked me if they would be getting a membership
renewal. I said no. (Is that true?). I wonder how many members that were
removed might have renewed if there was a renewal letter or card. Is there
a low effort way to do this?
Jack, could a post card with printed labels be generated by computer? Maybe
by a print shop. 
Erik, any ideas?
