I am setting up appointments now with perspective publishers.  I have two
appointments set up for the beginning of the week.  I am going to get
estimates including color pictures so I can at least submit some figures.

As far as the pictures for V13n1 are concerned, I owe some special thanks to
Erik and Karen for their help and for the use of their pictures.  Before I
decided to do color pictures for the last issue, I got written estimates
from John.  To save money, I deided to put the Amazon issue in the middle so
I could place the two pages of pictures in the very middle and use only one
page of the special paper.  According to John, the paper, rather than the
color printing, is the larger ticket item.  So 8 pictures cost me something
like $130 more than 4.
