I have seen it, and I agree with Paul.  If we can get that project going, I
think it would be good.  I think there are a few sections of the
quetionaire that I would have worded differently, but I think that will
always be true.  I think it's probably better to have one person go over it
again, and then go with it as is, at least to start with.  Otherwise, we'll
just end up nit-picking it into a standstill again.<g>
