RE: Nov AGA/TN AQ event?

Charlene is all fired up about the AGA event in Nov and wants to make
definite plans (see notes below). The discussion so far on the MC has been
positive. Do we want to formalize our decision to go forward? I make a
motion that we have this event on Nov 3,4,5. Does someone want to second?
Then, all in favor say "aye."

In case I did not mention it before, Charlene is volunteering to do the
onsite planning. She says the Clarion hotel has great rates, food and
conference spaces and can set aside 70 rooms.  

It would be nice if we can have some other speakers. Diana? Paul? Dorothy?
Anyone else on the MC like to volunteer? Anyone else to invite from general
membership?
I have cc'd Charlene on this note so she knows that we are actively
discussing. She sounds like she would like an up/down decision as soon as
possible.
