Since I have gladly stepped aside and will be assuming different
responsibilities, so far there is one less.

I agree that some decision needs to be made, especially in view of the
incorporation papers.  Incidentally, my husband didn't get much feedback on
the voting issue.  He has been unable to do his part because the committee
didn't really resolve things and tax season crept up.  He will ready to
start up again after April 15th.  Remember that the IRS moves slowly and the
process will take 3-6 months and probably more like 6, possibly longer.  We
have a lot on our plate right now, but this matter is old business, and I
would like to see us move forward on this since we seem to be on a roll with
respect to making decisions.

Bob C., it would be helpful if you look up the original choices and
summarize them for us.  I could have my husband resend his original
recommendations if that would be helpful.
