Re: Whip-crack: ELECTIONS/VOTING RIGHTS



Seems to me that this question will be resolved when Bob McCaw incorporates
AGA and we set up stuff like By-Laws, etc. In all the companies I've been
involved with the SC = The Board of Directors and the MC = Advisory Board.
Advistory Board is composed of any committee heads plus a few others. The
shareho0lders = the membership votes on a regular basis for members of the
Board of Directors, and the officers serve at the pleasure of the Board of
Directors. That's where the power is in American business, and it seems to
work as a good model.
