Re: membership ELECTING the SC

I realize that membership voting is more work.... and potentially
problematic, but on balance I thing that the most democratic approach is
best for the organization's image. However, I am concerned about Mary's
comment about the difficulty for us to incorporate (in MA).

Does anyone know if this will be a problem? I need to hear discussion
before I "vote."

PS.I recognize that we may be proposing an approach that requires more work
than our current volunteers are willing to tackle...and this has kept the
AGA from making change in the past.... but assume that a new person will
probably step forward.
