Re: membership ELECTING the SC



Not being a lawyer, but having started lots of companies, partnerships,
etc., I have always found that the lawyers usually prefer to have you tell
them what you want to do, and then, assuming it is not illegal immoral or
fattening, they do it. We are simply making some normal provisions of any
incorporation document.
Really need to wait til we hear from Bob MacCaw.
