In reference of Mary's comment that AGA is getting the "short end of the stick" subscriber-wise by exchanging ads with PAM, I don't agree. Part of our stated goals for AGA is to support this sector of the hobby. I believe that by helping PAM in the relatively minor way, we are doing just that. I happen to believe that there is plenty of room in this hobby for both PAM and AGA/TAG. Neither one is very expensive, and each comes only 4 times a year. I certainly don't feel overwhelmed with reading material on planted aquariums. I look forward to both magazines arriving on my door step. Dave has gone out of his way to publicize the Tennessee Aquarium event, and to work with AGA in a mutually beneficial way. I think WE need to do the same. This hobby is too small for divisiveness. We need to work together. In terms of actual cost, it costs us very little to run the PAM ad, and I believe it is as much of a benefit to our members as the offerings in the book store. Karen
