Thank you very much Karen for taking care of this.  It makes several
points now moot, and I think we can either vote or skip it and just
officially give Mary control of the PAM ads from here on out... just print
three of them. :)

Very useful observation.  I guess this is what Neil was poking at a couple
days back, that Dave is trying to find out what he can get away with, but
we interpret this as demands (he certainly words them that way).  I will
tuck this away as part of my "dealing with dave" utility belt for next
time.

PS: I'm starting to get the feeling I may be dragging too many issues to
the MC->SC discussion/voting table than some feel I should.  I am trying
to err on the side of caution, so we can back off the details later as we
settle in.  Remember we still don't even have any bylaws... no guidance!
