Mary,
When do you expect the letter to go out to the conference registrants (and
be available on the web page)? If possible, it would be nice to have brief
discussion regarding the proposed details about the auction (no. bags,
other restrictions, etc). Do you have any similar guidelines/restrictions
for donated items?
