AAGA Scanning, Source Tape, and Feedback Forms

Covering a lot of ground in a single message here...

1. For Neil and Paul... The AAGA folder Neil lent me is missing a few
issues.  I'm basing this on Jare's index that he created, which refers to
14 issues, I think, and corrects some of the mistaken numbering systems.
Any chance you guys have these missing issues?

  Vol. 1 #1 (the hand-drawn and hand-lettered cover).
  Vol. 1 #5
  Vol. 3 #2 ?

2. David Lass, can I borrow your videotape you showed at the convention?
I'd like to just copy it directly into the tape o' the talks, if possible.
(No, I haven't started copying or looking at anything; I JUST got caught
up with the 16 hours of American Cichlid Association talks I taped last
July.)

3. Charlene, were you going to give me the spreadsheet with the e-mail
addresses from the convention, and the text of the feedback form?  I was
going to set up a mass-mailing and feedback form on the website at some
point soon.  I'm also planning on putting the pictures Mary doesn't have
space for on the website as well, so it'd fit nicely.
