I have some more thoughts on Dave and the MC.  I think what has been
happening repeatedly is that Dave puts some kind of pressure on the MC, we
react, there is decension,and we have trouble agreeing.  I am very
independant.  When I get this kind of pressure, I react negatively to it.  I
don't like the way he pressures us.

What I propose is that we come up with some strategies ahead of time, so
that when one of these situations arises again, we won't be simply reactive.
One might be anticipating when he' ll be coming around again (e.g., when one
of his deadlines approaches).  I'm sure there are many others.

Think about it.  Coming up with some strategies ahead of time would be a
good way to encourage team work.
