We are going to combine showcase and conference. I am waiting on a list of
prospects from James. We will use the money and prizes for both at our
discretion unless they specify something along with their gift. We need to
solicit vendors to take part in the vendor room also. Mary, you can use same
info from last year about my name, address etc and Clarion phone #, Tn
Valley Travel, etc from last years brochure in the TAG ad. Change date to
Nov 9,10,11 tho. Some speakers are set: Todd Staley, photography. Tom Barr,
Wim van Drongelen, Dutch Tanks and possibly Greg Morin, Sea Chem. Guest
speaker to be announced. Check with me right before you go to press just in
time to add a name if you can. Kasselman is not going to work out for this
year so who else? Are we game to check on Amano? I am making a decision very
quickly on who to call so give me input right away on this, guys. Charlene
