Dear Erik, Jack and others, I would say that only 10% of orders are for specific isssues, but they can take 90% of my time if there's a problem. I think your suggestion to advertise that they may be sold out at time of purchase is fine. I would add something to the effect that hobbyists should be prepared for substitutions in the event that purchases are sold out (i.e., no refunds). Erik, be advised that my goal is to get all the really old TAGs out within the next year. Having hobbyists "pick and choose" these ancient issues when I'm swamped with PAM, book and TAG grab bag orders is too time-consuming. A complete author index on the website will be good to stimulate electronic version sales. Is it correct that there is a disk of all old TAG issues? Or one coming? This will be a great way to satisfy those that want "all TAG back issues". I believe that the AGA and hobby is better served by saving paper copies for the grab bags/sample issues where several hobbyists (not just one) gets to see TAG. Jack, thanks for the information. I'll keep it in mind. If your collection is extensive, maybe the AGA would consider "a damaged merchandise sale" once I sell out the old TAGs? Diana
