Hi folks,

I'm still waiting to hear from a couple more people, but I could wait a 
LOOONG time for an answer, so I'm just going to start anyway.

Welcome to the revamped aga-mcm e-mail list.  This list and group is now 
known as the AGA Advisory Committee, and will serve as a place to 
communicate between people who run or recently ran the major functions of 
the AGA.  This includes all the sales (book, electronic media, shirts), 
conventions (both past and current), membership, TAG, history and 
eduction.  The board is also included on the list, and as local clubs join 
the AGA's Premium Membership program, their delegates will also be on this 
list.

The idea is to open up the discussions to a larger audience than just the 
board, to keep everyone informed as to what the board is doing.  Though 
only the board gets to vote, anyone on this list is free to jump in and 
comment on something.

Board members, please start using this list for normal correspondence.

Like all the other lists we host, you can change your subscription to 
digest mode if the volume is just too high.  That also means that when 
replying to a message, please don't blindly include the entire message 
thread you are replying to, as it will make life difficult for the digest 
readers.
