[AGA-mcm] Recent Proposals passed

The board voted on several proposals yesterday, which is why you're 
reading this now:

* Proposal 04-081 (PASSED): Approve Cheryl's new Premium and Group 
membership scheme as outlined in this document: 
http://www.rightstuffwebsites.com/Group-Premium.pdf

* Proposal 04-082 (PASSED): Grant Cheryl funds to print up to 3000 new 
brochures, as the first set of 2000 are nearly gone.  There will be some 
minor corrections made for the reprint, such as new board, removal of VISA 
option, and revamped logo.

(For some reason I didn't create proposal 04-083)

* Proposal 04-084 (PASSED): Grant Jay Luto the title Staff Photographer, 
with credit on the AGA website, and job description to include creating a 
gallery for the 2004 convention of his and others' photos.

* Proposal 04-085 (PASSED): Dissolve the Management Committee, and create 
new "Advisory Committee", a mailing list consisting of board plus active
workers such as committee heads, convention planners, and local club 
delegates.  Invite Larry, Ghazanfar, Rick and Ann to join the existing 
members.
