[AGA-mcm] Mail-box flooded

Dear Erik, etc,

Sorry to be offensive.  My mailbox was already flooded; now it is a swamp.
Please take me off the AGA list!

If any of you have anything about bookstore or something that you'd like to
ask me personally, feel free to write directly to me.  If you're hoping I'll
skim through all the AGA letters, I won't.  I just don't have the time (or
patience).
