Just my 2 cents: I can't see charging them for registration -- we're not likely to run out of room so badly that a few vendors will make a diff -- but I'd expect them to pay for Banquet and FT. Last year we charged them for Banq. I don't recall any of them going on the FT but with all those vans, we tended to be in small cabals and didn't all see each other ;-) . Registration was included in the sponsor fee. GWAPA might have decided diff this year . . . Speaking of the FT and the bus ride, it's like a rule that no one can start singing Cumbaya, right? Somehow, that reminds me of this: Big Al's sent a couple of folks last year -- the walk-in store, not the on-line operation. In fact they regged so late, that I didn't get their checks in the mail until after the convention! So we had to do a a registration at the desk on Friday night as I recall. But it's worth hitting them up for donation or at least suggesting the send someone to attend the Convention. eagerly awaiting his brand new IBM AT keyboard, sh --- Phil Edwards <biotypical@hotmail.com> wrote: > Do the folks who purchase tables/pay to be sponsors have > to pay for > registration/membership as well? ===== Still some time left to get the 65% discount hotel rate.
