Just my 2 cents:
I can't see charging them for registration -- we're not
likely to run out of room so badly that a few vendors will
make a diff -- but I'd expect them to pay for Banquet and
FT.

Last year we charged them for Banq. I don't recall any of
them going on the FT but with all those vans, we tended to
be in small cabals and didn't all see each other ;-) .
Registration was included in the sponsor fee. GWAPA might
have decided diff this year . . .

Speaking of the FT and the bus ride, it's like a rule that
no one can start singing Cumbaya, right?

Somehow, that reminds me of this: Big Al's sent a couple of
folks last year -- the walk-in store, not  the on-line
operation. In fact they regged so late, that I didn't get
their checks in the mail until after the convention! So we
had to do a a registration at the desk on Friday night as I
recall. But it's worth hitting them up for donation or at
least suggesting the send someone to attend the Convention.
