Do you really think it's a good idea to have people going right through lunch time? 1:30 is AWFULLY late to get out, get somewhere (even in the hotel) and get served.... People won't be eating until 2:00 at the very earliest. What about doing Jan, followed by a workshop session, then break for lunch, the Amano followed by another workshop session? I hate people to be too hungry to give Amano their full attention.
