Do you really think it's a good idea to have people going right through lunch time? 1:30 is AWFULLY late to get out, get somewhere (even in the hotel) and get served.... People won't be eating until 2:00 at the very earliest.
1:30? That's 2.5 hours for Amano; is this when he does the live aquascape? Ah, I see now...
Actually, I had a similar question to that for Ghazanfar: Is the Q&A session off now? Don't see it in your latest document. Also, is "A Judges Perspective" also off the menu? I'll pull them if that is so (and I think perhaps that would be best with everything else going on).
What about doing Jan, followed by a workshop session, then break for lunch, the Amano followed by another workshop session? I hate people to be too hungry to give Amano their full attention.
Actually, given the prep time that will be needed for Amano, Karen's idea is excellent. It will probably take all of lunch break to set up for him if it's like 2001... and actually the folks who want to keep going with the first workshop could go into lunch. Is this feasible with the rooms you guys have rented?
I'd be happy to make Amano's demo from 2001 available to anyone who is interested, especially the first minute or two showing all the plant prepwork.
