The logistical issues regarding the Focus Groups seem to further hem things in. If we hold to the 2-hour blocks, which has virtues that Ghazanfar has mentioned, then the only way to move lunch up is to put it ahead of the second talk (too early for lunch -- too late for Amano) or move the morning schedule up 1/2 hour. Lunch could start 1/2 hour earlier and last 1/2 hour longer - 2 hours, the same as the other time blocks. It is not uncommmon to find Saturday talks at similar events beginning at 8:00 or 8:30 am is it?
