Kathy's - that idea did come to mind when I was thinking about this
but I dismissed it for two reasons:
1 - It then becomes an early lunch vs. a late one.
2 - I feel people would rather have the heavy duty stuff in the morning
and then the workshops - less intensive - later in the day.
The good thing about moving the workshops to the morning is that we'd
then have enough time for Amanos setup while everyone is out having
their two hour lunch break.
But its an idea - let's hear other opinions on it.
