I like the idea of workshops first.  With a 1 1/2 hour lunch block, (that's
what it was, wasn't it?) realistically, no one will be eating before 11:30.
So it's not THAT early...  Not as late as an eating time of 2:00 (which
would happen with a 1:30 break time (which really wouldn't happen because of
every wanting to stay for every last question with Amano<g>)
