Workshops are 45 mins each with 15 mins to discuss out in the hallways and get into the next session. I think it'll work out just fine if we simply start the morning session with Jan at 8:30 AM - and we'll let people go at 1 PM for their lunch break. Regroup at 3 PM for the workshops, the go on till 4:45 PM. Let people out - they can cast their votes, mingle and get some rest for the banquet.
