The items shipped include stuff that ADA is donating though the majority
of it consists of items for the demo. I've clarified with Jeff, and he's
very accomodating. The demo scape will be dismantled prior to
the auction so the plants can be auctioned off. The equipment belongs to
him and he's responsible for it as soon as Amano is done with his workshop.
He's willing to keep the tank setup and running until the last possible minute
within reason.
Rick just spoke with the hotel and it seems that they'll be able to accomodate
the equipment until the day of the convention. I'll clarify with the hotel to
make sure we're not charged with storage fees. Otherwise, I'm hauling it
all to my house and storing it there until the convention date.
Keep in mind though - if I haul it to my house - it aint leaving!
