I emailed him with all the details.

Frankly, I'm dissapointed in this guy. I know it takes a lot of preparations but I didn't expect to chase after him. Why do we have to remind him million times about hotel reservations. Its like any other hotel. Make reservations and cancel them if you can't make it. He should have made them before embassy interview. Now its too late to get all days for $99 special and if he waits longer he won't get 99$ at all or rooms at all.

If that was me and people were holding my hand like AGA did, I would be on top of the game with each move.

I will keep reminding him though.

I called and talked to the HOTEL...Jay could you please let him know to call and make reservations...the international number is

If he doesn't have a credit card to hold the rooms, then I would suggest calling and talking to the hotel manager directly and seeing if he can do a bank transfer of funds to hold the room, or see what other options are available.

Currently they only had rooms left for the group rate on the nights of the 12, 13 for $99, otherwise the rooms were like $200+ a night, I asked if there were other specials they said no. You might want to include in the email, the hotel nearby for him to contact or let him know about the $269, or $279 rate.

I have a courtesy HOLD for 48 hours on rooms for a non smoking 2 bed room (he can change all of this), under confirmation number 86856538

Please contact Marian/or the interpreter ASAP and let them know to call and reserve the rooms ASAP. If he doesn't have a credit card then talk with the manager on how to reserve a room. Like I said , I wouldn't think the hotel would turn down wired money as a deposit if he has no credit card.

I emailed him about 4 days ago asking if he is going to handle hotel
reservations himself, he said YES. I'm not sure why he is emailing you
instead of me.

Another problem is that he is going back to Poland on 15th and I'm going
back to NJ on Sunday 14th. Not sure how he plans to get to the airport.
