I emailed him with all the details.

Frankly, I'm dissapointed in this guy. I know it takes a lot of preparations 
but I didn't expect to chase after him. Why do we have to remind him million 
times about hotel reservations. Its like any other hotel. Make reservations 
and cancel them if you can't make it. He should have made them before 
embassy interview. Now its too late to get all days for $99 special and if 
he waits longer he won't get 99$ at all or rooms at all.

If that was me and people were holding my hand like AGA did, I would be on 
top of the game with each move.

I will keep reminding him though.
