Jay,
So the manager of the hotel called back. Apologized for the multiple
calls and mess, and said normally what they have these guys do is mail a
check/money order for the first nights room and tax.
Because of all the hassle she is going to waive that requirement for him,
and therefore he has a reservation. Please confirm that he wants it, if
he has changes to make please call and make changes...
As it stands right now
Reservation number is 86856538
International reservation number is 00-800-441-1205
He is reserved for 4 nights, at $119 a night, king bed, smoking room.
TAX and HOTEL surcharge will be added to this, tell him to expect up to
a ROOM TAX/SALES TAX etc, ie some of the run 15-20% not sure what it is
there.
IF he wants to change things please do.
HE NEEDS TO CANCEL BY 6pm on DAY OF ARRIVAL, PLEASE if not coming.
When does he arrive.
