We have now run out of hotel rooms. Our Event Cordinator does not seem to be
much help in getting more rooms, without a contract addendum.
I have had to straighten out a mess with our speakers reservations. I gave
them a list of speakers and nights needed and they booked most of the rooms
after the convention was over? It took most of a day to straighten out?
When I get the new list I will send the speakers their confirmation numbers.
