Do we still get room night credits for rooms booked outside of our block?  
Does going over our rooms nights impart any additional benefits on us?  I 
remember that falling short would have been bad.

We have now run out of hotel rooms.  Our Event Cordinator does not seem to 
be much help in getting more rooms, without a contract addendum.

I have had to straighten out a mess with our speakers reservations.  I gave 
them a list of speakers and nights needed and they booked most of the rooms 
after the convention was over?  It took most of a day to straighten out?

When I get the new list I will send the speakers their confirmation numbers.
