It was in the contract, iirc, but best to double check with the hotel -- it's always the unexpected add-ons -- extensin cords, PA hookups/use, whatever -- that put the pinch onthe final bill. We were surprised last year to find that we slightly underestimated one charge because we didn't know that taxes were charge on services -- in that case the bartender for the portable bar outside the banquet.
