My recommendation to Ghazanfar and Erik yesterday was that the program has been finalized. If he wants to promote his product he should by a table.
I agree that the guy has been pushy and evasive. If he still wants to come it is his decision and he should make his own arrangements.
I will send the letter if that is the decision of the board as I am the convention representative. If Erik wants to send it as the President of the AGA, and he contacted the AGA then that is Okay as well.
