I agree with Erik that we want to avoid ANY appearance that going around the committee to the AGA BOD will get people their own way.

My recommendation to Ghazanfar and Erik yesterday was that the program has been finalized.  If he wants to promote his product he should by a table.

 

I agree that the guy has been pushy and evasive.  If he still wants to come it is his decision and he should make his own arrangements.

 

I will send the letter if that is the decision of the board as I am the convention representative. If Erik wants to send it as the President of  the AGA, and he contacted the AGA then that is Okay as well.
