Hey, that's why Walt created Disneyworld. The 15 acre sight
in Anaheim was big enough for disneyland but it bothered
him no end that all those hotels sprang up all around the
place, making money off of *his* customers.

But even as much larger as Disneyworld is, he couldn't
prevent the secondary markets.
