Re: [AGA-mcm] Thanks! - Now AGA Vendors

First off, I had a great time with everyone this
weekend. It seemed to go by very quickly. Thanks to
evryone GWAPA and AGA who worked so hard to make it
such a memorable weekend!

I would like to discuss the vendor issue as well. I
know that I have already done so with several of you
but here are my thoughts again....

If the vendors who participated are not feeling good
about their participation in the conference we need to
act now.

First, a personal phone call should be made to all of
the sponsors to get accurate feedback. Next, an email
should be sent expressing our thanks with pictures
attached (or a link) to the conference. Include pics
of the goodie bags ready to be given out and then
another of one of the bags with it's contents out for
display.

I also think we should strongly consider sending
something tangible either a plaque or something else
personalized to express our appreciation that can be
hung in their corporate office.

I am also not opposed to perhaps a complimentary thank
you ad in TAG if we can afford it.

These are just a few quick ideas. I am sure you guys
have other ones too. Let's discuss this but let's try
to act as fast as possible. "Revenge may be a dish
best served cold but damage control is much better
served warm" ;-).

Regards,
Larry
