The original plan was to have them right outside the doors of the speaker rooms, basically where we ended up having the AGA table and around the corner too. The problem was locking things down at night, especially all of Ray's stuff. But more of the convention has to take place in the vendor area or the vendor area has tobel more "in" the convention.
