Hi Phil, I would be willing to help with anything needed, hotel contract, etc. That being said it will be tough to do with just 4-6 people on the ground. I like the ideas/theme you presented so far but as Scott mentioned you would need at least one "keynote" speaker. That can all be figured out later. the main thing is if you can round up enough people that you are certain you can count on. Once you have done this multiply that number by .75 and you have the number of people who will actually do it ;-).
