Yes, I think someone local has to be in charge of getting together the requisit computer technology. That's really hard to do long distance. But since my blood would run cold at the idea of trying to handle that part myself, (well, at least the making-it-work part<g>) maybe we could give them some specific guidelines in terms of what they need, and how to string 'em all together?
