I would have it at a totally different time. I actually REALLY liked the way we did it at the first 2 conventions. It was a social hour, with a cash bar and nibblies. People really mingled, had some very amusing "wars" over heavily contested plants, and everyone had a great time. One table closed out every 10-20 minutes, so there was always something going on. But then, if it were up to me, I'd do the WHOLE auction that way ;-) > I was toldk Ben brought between 70 and 90 -- even more than > last year! Oh, OK. If that's happening, yes, we have to put a limit on it. We just don't have enough buyers to support that! I'd probably put a 2 bag per species limit on, though, before I limited lots in general. If you've got someone who's got a lot of unusual species to share, we don't want to stop them.
