[AGA-mcm] List Membership as of now

As of this minute, the list membership is now:

Ann, Phil, Cheryl, David, Dorothy, Erik, Kathy, Karen, Larry, Michael, 
Paul and Scott.

It feels wrong pulling Jay off the list, but I did it.  There will be a 
lot of "inside" discussions occuring over the next few months, especially 
about next years' convention, and based on the attitude Jay has shown here 
and in his forum postings regarding AGA business, several board members 
were starting to feel uncomfortable discussing inside business on this 
list for fear it would get leaked to outside forums or otherwise 
broadcast.

I think there is still promise, and we could pull Jay back in (if he 
wants), but someone would have to have a good talk with him about conduct 
on forums when representing the AGA.
