Guess it's a matter of perspective. Until 2000 there were supposed to be six issues per year. There were two particularly bad years. Neil's last year was the first, when V12 #1 was a quadruple-size issue that came out 9 months after the previous issue. The second was V14#3, a.k.a., "Erik's lone TAG edit" which came out nearly a year after the previous one.
Aside from that, the AGA has been very much on time.
We should probably revisit whether we're charging appropriately.Are you thinking higher or lower?
I'm thinking "we should make sure that the postage isn't costing us more than we're bringing in with foreign memberships".
