# to study and improve upon techniques for culturingaquatic and bog plants in aquariums and ponds. Thanks, new one on me.Our members do this, and discuss their experiences at theconvention and online, and write articles for TAG. We also have domestic and foreign speakers who are experts on the subject make presentations at the convention so we can learn from them.
So the date here would be the convention date, and each issue of TAG's date. If they *really* won't accept "ongoing," then I suppose we could print out the entire AGA-member archives and mail it in! Serve them right.
More thoughts: We could differentiate "membership" from TAG publication.TAG is published exactly four times per year, and we can give dates because that's when the membership list was generated from the database.
TAG 17-1: aga0401.txt Thursday January 29th 2004 TAG 17-2: aga0405.txt Thursday May 6th 2004 TAG 17-3: aga0408.txt Friday August 6th 2004 TAG 17-4:aga0411.txt Wednesday November 10th 2004 For
membership, I update memberships darn near daily, but certainly three times per week.
Again, if they won't accept "three times per week," perhaps Erik could generate a nice LOOOOOONG report from the database, showing its activity in 2004.
I send

I have an e-mail from Phil dated 01/11/2004 which was the basis for this. Serious work in April of 2004. I sent information on 07/28 to SFBAAP...whatever. I sent information to 11 other clubs on 09/02/04.
We published an informational brochure.
Motion carried 02/19/04. I picked them up from the printers on 03/18/04. Some were shipped to you and Karen at NEC that day.
04/29 Bought t-shirts. 05/12 Mailed them to Ann. T-shirts were available on 05/15/04 on the web site. Do you want to know how many we've given away?
Membership Drive 05/01/2004 thru 08/31/2004. Got 29 new members, and the "winner" got a free t-shirt. We sent him 25 free TAGs on 06/26/04 because he is a business owner who used his business to promote our organization. We still have a standing offer...
09/04 created a flyer for David Lass to pass out at the NexPet meeting about our Pet Store Program. Indicated some interest, but seems to have petered out. On my "list." :-)
