There's two ways to look at this. First, from the "by the numbers" viewpoint, it's a little iffy that the AGA makes $10-15 per copy. But I would note that the AGA by definition is not-for-profit, so any money brought in from the disks allows the AGA to pay for other projects. My part of the income gets used for postage, artwork, packaging, and partial reimbusement for all the stuff I've bought to produce these things.
I think this agrees with the spirit of the agreement even if it's not quite in the letter of the wording. Sure, some non-members will make their way to the site and purchase the DVD, but we're not "making a profit" from it in a business-I-want-to-make-as-much-money-as-possible sense. Amano's supported us for so long that I doubt he would particularly care much if we make a little money off it since all proceeds are going directly back into the club and not someone's pocket.
Selling it to someone who will in turn sell it again to make money for the sake of making money is definately against both the spirit and letter of the agreement.
