Hi Phil,

I have not heard anything either. At least nothing
since we discussed it on this list. I would also like
to "volunteer" whatever services I can provide to help
them. 

I am assuming they have not responded back to the bid
document yet so I would guess that until that happens
we can't do much. Do you know if they have made any
progress on it?
