As for the date, it's not set in stone. I think it's been the week before that for the first three years. Dallas moved it back to fit with Christel's schedule. No reason it couldn't be moved. But that'd be part of the discussion.
Phil, any indications from Jeff as to who's running the show down there? It would be nice to know who to call up and ask what's up. :)
